Sharon Neal prides herself on outstanding customer service. In order to maintain this we require a minimum of 24-hours cancellation/change of appointment, notice for individual appointments. Groups of three or more require 48-hour cancellation/change of appointment notice. Failure to cancel with notice will result in a credit card charge of 100% of the total cost of your reserved treatment.
When booking with Sharon for either individual or group bookings , you accept the conditions of our cancellation policy. Reservations will be confirmed a 48 hours prior to your service by text or phone. Cancellations will not be accepted after hours.
